Please complete one registration form for each player in your family.  Please indicate a parent’s email address on the form as we will try to send out newsletters and schedules via email this year.  Each player and a parent or guardian must sign the League Code of Conduct on the back.  Cash or a cheque payable to the Coquitlam Lions Water Polo Assn. 

Age Groupings and Fee Structure for 2009 Season:

The Lions participate in the Lower Mainland Water Polo League.  Schedules are available mid September watch for email info and schedules.  During the CCAC maintenance shut down we will use a combination of Chimo and Eagle Ridge pools for practices.  When CCAC re-opens Atoms are at Chimo 4:30-5:30 and Bantams 5:30-6:30.  Cadet and Juvenile Lions would continue with Thursday evening practices at CCAC beginning October 2th, 8-10:30pm once it reopens, unless schedule is revised.  See practice schedule.

The fees outlined below go towards paying pool rental for practices, equipment, Coach Honorariums, League Fees (cover pool rentals for games and Refs) and BC Water Polo fee (insurance).   Due to insurance concerns, no athlete can enter the water unless all fees and forms are complete.

Bantam   1996 and 1997              $185 per player
Atom    1998, 1999 and 2000-1    $160 per player
